students from Rush Arts may compete for Washington High School inany sport Washington has and Rush Arts does not.  They may NOT compete for any other school in any other sport with the exception of Ice Hockey, Crew/Rowing and School District sponsored regional teams (students and their parents/guardians must arrange for transportation to Washington HS)

6) Sudden Cardiac Arrest and Concussion Education

Sudden Cardiac Arrest:

In summer of 2012, the state adopted new rules concerning sudden cardiac arrest.  Not only do all coaches need to be certified in CPR and Basic Life Saving techniques, but all schools must provide education for parents and student athletes.  Consequently, the PIAA added a new page concerning sudden cardiac arrest education.  Parents and student athletes need to sign before participation
