Dear Arts Academy at Benjamin Rush Community,
It is with great pleasure that I announce the appointment of Mrs. Lori DeFields as the new Principal of The Arts Academy at Benjamin Rush. Mrs. Lori DeFields will begin her tenure as Principal as of July 21, 2014.
Mrs. DeFields was most recently a principal, has served as an assistant principal and as an award-winning teacher. Mrs. DeFields holds several degrees, including a Master’s Degree in Education.
Mrs. DeFields brings passion and dedication to ensuring that all children receive an excellent education; an education that is aligned to national and state standards. She is hardworking and conscientious. She will work with all staff and community to ensure that students learn in an academically rich, safe and sound environment.
Please join me in welcoming Mrs. DeFields to The Arts Academy at Benjamin Rush School family.
